Submission Procedure

The 9th International Conference on Chemical Structures is using the ConfToolPro Conference Management Tool for abstract submission and registration. The abstract submission process consists of two steps:

1. Create an account with conftool.
2. Submit an abstract.

Registration for the conference is independent of abstract submission and can take place at a later time.

2. The abstract template file which serves as a starting point for your abstract. Additionally, the template file contains further information about the required formatting of abstracts.

Special Issue of JCIM

After the conference, you are encouraged to submit your work for publication in a special ICCS issue of the Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling scheduled to appear in early 2012. Then, the manuscripts have to be submitted via the ACS ParagonPlus environment. It is very important that Noordwijkerhout is mentioned in the cover letter and that Wendy Warr is requested as the corresponding editor. Please submit your manuscript by 1 September 2011.

All manuscripts will be peer reviewed according to the ACS and JCIM publishing guidelines. Please contact Wendy Warr if you have any queries on the submission or reviewing procedure.

Deadlines

1. 31 January 2011 - deadline for abstract submission
2. 15 March 2011 - notification about the results of the reviewing process
3. 31 March 2011 - end of early registration
4. 1 September 2011 - deadline for manuscript submission to JCIM
